You’ll stay in a 2023 Jayco Camper that can accommodate 2 adults and a child. It has all the necessary amenities…..gas stove, microwave, large refrigerator and freezer, full bath, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and TV.

Your stay includes the use of kayaks and canoes. The river offers beautiful scenery with an abundance of wildlife including birds, turtles and an occasional gator sunning on the bank. Sit on the dock and enjoy your coffee in the morning and a cool beverage in the afternoon.

How long is the wekiva river?

The river extends from the Springs to the St. Johns River covering a distance of 14 miles an is abundant with wildlife. You’ll see a variety of birds, an occasional river otter, numerous turtles and maybe and alligator sunning on the shore.

How fast does the river flow?

The Wekiva River is fed by Wekiva Springs which provides approximately 42 million gallons of water each day from two vents, the largest of which is 35 by 5 ft located 15 ft under the water.

Wekiva Springs, located only 1 mile upstream from our location, is a popular swimming area for locals and visitors. The swimming area varies in depth from 3-5 feet with a small 15-20 food deep cavern at the source of the springs.
